Confidentiality & Backup

All customer data, including audio/video files, transcripts, and any other documents will be deleted at the end of a project. For longterm or ongoing projects, files will be deleted weekly or after delivery of finished products to customers. A signed NDA will be provided on request.

We offer limited-time storage of audio/video files and documents for our customers. This service is available on request for a maximum of 2 weeks after completion of a project. If a request is not placed, files will be automatically deleted.

Work Agreement

The total cost and turnaround time will be communicated to the customer before commencement of a project. A signed contract will be provided on request.
Any errors on the part of IndianScribes will be corrected free of cost.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal and bank transfers

Liability

IndianScribes is not responsible for the end use of any document transcribed or edited by us. The customer carries sole responsibility for the appropriate use of the content. IndianScribes is not liable for any infringement of copyright laws or plagiarism laws caused by the use of the content transcribed or edited by us.

We assume no liability for any damages caused by errors or inaccuracies in the documents transcribed/edited by us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accuracy of the end product.
