At IndianScribes customer information and resources are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

Under no circumstances will customer data entrusted to us be used for any commercial or personal purposes. We’ll be happy to provide a signed NDA before commencement of a project.

Customers’ contact information will not be shared, loaned, sold, or disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.

We do not ask for banking or credit card information of our customers. All transactions are conducted using the secure services of PayPal and Moneybookers.

Return Policy

IndianScribes will issue a full refund if finished products are not delivered on time or do not meet the conditions of the work agreement drawn out before commencement of a project.

No discounts/refunds will be made for not meeting requirements that are outside the initial work agreement.
