At IndianScribes customer information and resources are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Under no circumstances will customer data entrusted to us be used for any commercial or personal purposes. We’ll be happy to provide a signed NDA before commencement of a project.
- Customers’ contact information will not be shared, loaned, sold, or disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
- We do not ask for banking or credit card information of our customers. All transactions are conducted using the secure services of PayPal.
- All transcripts and recordings pertaining to a project will be deleted within 7 days of final delivery of transcripts (unless otherwise requested by the client).
